Job summary

A growing software development company is looking for a committed Scrum Master in Örebro, Sweden. In this role, you will coach and support three agile development teams, ensuring efficient workflows and inspiring a unified agile approach. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is required, along with the ability to lead multiple teams, including distributed ones. Prior experience in IoT is a plus. This assignment is expected to continue until at least the end of 2026 or 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience leading multiple teams, including remote teams.
• Ability to implement agile practices and support team improvement.
• Previous work in IoT is an advantage.
