Job summary

Wequel is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Södertälje, Sweden for an automotive industry project. The position involves facilitating agile practices and supporting cross-functional teams in HMI and digiphysical product development.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in technical design, fluent in English and Swedish, and experience in Scrum roles. The work is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days/week on-site starting May 2026 until December 2026. Strong knowledge of agile processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex product development environments.
• Solid experience from HMI and/or digiphysical development.
• Experience working in cross‑functional R&D teams.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master in an internal interaction design team.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement.
• Set up structured processes for collaboration in R&D.
• Support the organization's SAFe agile framework implementation.
