Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to work remotely within Sweden, based in Lund. You will design and govern Salesforce and Data 360 architectures, lead integration efforts with ERP systems, and bridge IT with business stakeholders.

The role is hands-on when needed, with POCs and prototyping to de-risk key decisions and support delivery teams. Fluent English is required; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce platform experience at an architect level (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, Apex/LWC).
• Hands-on Data 360 experience: ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, activation.
• Proven integration architecture experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP).
• Experience in customer-facing consulting and executive communication.
• Fluent English; Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create the solution architecture and design for Salesforce and Data 360 projects.
• Design and govern integrations with surrounding systems, including SAP/ERP patterns.
• Translate between IT and business, run discovery and present clear recommendations.
• Be hands-on when needed, build POCs, validate approaches, and de-risk decisions.
• Support delivery teams with design reviews and technical leadership; handover to support.
