Job summary

Epidemic Sound is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join the CRM Systems team. You will translate GTM needs into scalable Salesforce-based solutions, integrate with Gong, Ironclad, HubSpot, and other tools, and drive AI-powered workflow optimisations across Revenue Lifecycle Management.

You’ll bridge business intent and technical execution, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to deliver measurable impact and scalable, future-proof architectures.

Qualifications

5+ years in Salesforce CRM design, configuration, and integrations.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable GTM solutions.
Experience applying AI and agentic tools in business contexts.
Strong collaboration with Finance and Tech teams to drive initiatives.
Proven project leadership from discovery to measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end RLM solutions translating GTM requirements.
Design and maintain Salesforce-centered tech stack and integrations.
Implement AI-driven automation to optimise GTM workflows.
Evolve the system landscape for long-term scalability.
Partner with stakeholders to solve problems and drive data integrity.
