Job summary

ALLPS is assembling a team of senior consultants for a Swedish framework agreement headquartered in Stockholm. The role focuses on leading requirements for a new, group-wide system affecting multiple business areas.

Assignments are long-term, onsite or hybrid at central Stockholm or Visby, with some remote work possible. The position involves turning complex needs into a clear, prioritised requirements set and, if needed, preparing procurement documentation under LOU with Purchasing and Legal,

Qualifications

Senior Requirements Lead – Stockholm

ALLPS is putting together a team of senior consultants for a framework agreement with a major Swedish consumer-facing company in a regulated industry, headquartered in Stockholm. The framework runs from February 2027 for two years, with options to extend up to four years. Assignments are ordered as needed and are mostly onsite or hybrid at the client's office in central Stockholm (Slussen) or in Visby; some assignments can be fully remote. Lead requirements work for a new group-wide system that affects several business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn unclear and conflicting needs into a prioritised, testable requirements picture for a go/no-go decision
• If approved, prepare requirements for a public procurement under LOU together with Purchasing and Legal
• Cover security, data-protection and regulatory requirements.
