• Hands-on experience with modern test automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing environments.
• Experience with non-functional testing.
• Active use of AI assistants in daily workflow.
• Excellent communication in English.

• Ensure platform quality during critical operations.
• Own quality strategy across backend and frontend.
• Partner closely with developers on test scenarios.
• Define coverage and build tooling for it.
