Job summary

Getinge in Sweden is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale healthcare projects from contract award through installation and handover. Qualifications

• A university degree, preferably within Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, including responsibility for large-scale and complex project deliveries.
• Extensive experience leading construction, installation, fit-out, infrastructure, industrial, or other technically complex projects.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple phases such as design, procurement, production, logistics, construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers in project environments.
• A solid technical understanding and ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project finances, timelines, contracts, and quality delivery.
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from contract award through final delivery.
• Take full responsibility for project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Application Specialists, Service Engineers, and Back Office functions.
• Manage external contractors, consultants, installers, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact during project execution.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of design, manufacturing, logistics, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, changes, and deviations.
• Drive collaboration between stakeholders to secure successful project outcomes.
• Lead project governance activities and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
