Qualifikationen

• A university degree, preferably within Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, including responsibility for large-scale and complex project deliveries.
• Extensive experience leading construction, installation, fit-out, infrastructure, industrial, or other technically complex projects.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple phases such as design, procurement, production, logistics, construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers in project environments.
• A solid technical understanding and ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project finances, timelines, contracts, and quality delivery.
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.

About The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver large-scale projects from contract signing through installation, commissioning, and final handover to the customer.

Our projects often involve complex technical solutions within healthcare environments, including operating rooms, sterile processing departments, and other critical hospital infrastructure. Project values typically range from 30–50 MSEK, although project scope may vary. Many projects involve extensive site coordination, construction-related activities, installation management, contractor supervision, and close collaboration with hospital stakeholders in highly regulated environments.

You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, internal stakeholders, contractors, and external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.

What You Will Do

This position is based in the Stockholm region and follows a hybrid working model.

Travel is required as part of the role, primarily related to customer projects and site activities across Sweden.

Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced and structured project leader who combines strong leadership capabilities with a practical, hands‑on approach. You are comfortable managing large-scale and technically complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers. You understand how to balance strategic planning with operational execution and thrive in customer‑facing environments where ownership, accountability, and collaboration are key to success.

To succeed in this role, you have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build trust with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You are confident navigating both boardroom discussions and construction or installation sites.

Requirements

• Customer‑specific or configure‑to‑order project deliveries
• Industrial equipment, MedTech, manufacturing, automation, or technical construction projects
• Large‑scale customer implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating contractors, installers, consultants, and multiple subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience working in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or critical infrastructure
