Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Description

We are looking for a senior project leader to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) platform. This is a high-impact assignment at the centre of our non-financial risk transformation, with broad exposure across business divisions, technology teams and senior stakeholders.

The assignment

• Lead the rollout of a common RCSA platform across the bank through 2027, by the establishment of a single, structured solution for risk assessments covering Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into a practical implementation roadmap with clear milestones, ownership and outcomes.
• Coordinate closely with the Non-Financial Risk team in Arenastaden and product owners and configuration specialists in Riga and Technology team.
• Build on the platform's current use in Group Technology and scale it successfully across multiple business divisions.
