emagine is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment platform for a Nordic banking client. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery across business divisions, technology teams, and regulators.

You will translate regulatory needs into an actionable roadmap, coordinate with Arenastaden Non-Financial Risk, Riga tech teams, and Group Technology, and scale the solution across functions, ensuring robust

Qualificações

• Senior project leadership with track record delivering complex enterprise-wide implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management in demanding banking environments.
• Experience with risk management, RCSA, DORA or large-scale transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the rollout of a common RCSA platform across the bank through 2027, establishing a structured, scalable solution.
• Translate regulatory needs into a practical implementation roadmap with milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate with Non-Financial Risk team in Arenastaden and product/configuration teams in Riga and Technology.
• Scale the platform across multiple divisions while ensuring governance and security.
