Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting in Sweden is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex SAP Finance / SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. You will partner with senior Finance stakeholders to drive planning, coordination, and delivery across Finance, technology, and product teams.

You will manage multiple workstreams, align business requirements with technology solutions, and maintain governance and transparency throughout the transformation.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex SAP Finance / SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.

In this role, you will work closely with senior Finance stakeholders to drive planning, coordination, and delivery across Finance, technology, and product teams.

You will manage multiple workstreams, align business requirements with technology solutions, and maintain clear governance and transparency throughout the transformation.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in project or programme management
• Good understanding of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation projects
• Strong ability to connect Finance business requirements with technology and product solutions
• Experience managing project plans, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams
• Ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority
• Experience with project governance, progress reporting, and decision preparation
• Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience leading Finance transformation programmes
• Previous experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
• Experience working in large international organizations
• Background in Finance processes and enterprise technology transformation
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
