Job summary

JobBusters AB in Stockholm is seeking a senior Project Leader to drive the bank-wide rollout of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment platform. You will translate regulatory needs into a clear implementation roadmap and lead the project across divisions, risk, product owners and tech teams.

Hybrid work, full-time fixed-term consultancy with start in 2026 and end in 2027, offering exposure to a major non-financial risk transformation within a large banking environment.

Job description

Your New Role

We are looking for a senior Project Leader to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) platform. You will lead the rollout of a common solution to support risk assessments across Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes.

In this role, you will translate business and regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap, with defined milestones, ownership and deliverables. You will coordinate business divisions, risk management, product owners, configuration specialists and technology teams across Stockholm and Riga. Building on the platform’s existing use within Group Technology, you will ensure a successful expansion across the wider organisation.
