Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking a Senior Project Leader to drive the bank-wide implementation of an enterprise RCSA platform. You will lead the rollout across Critical or Important Functions under DORA and Significant Processes.

You will translate regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap with milestones, ownership and deliverables, coordinating diverse teams across Stockholm and Riga while expanding the platform's reach within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide system implementations.
• Strong project leadership with roadmap and milestone planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience working in a complex banking environment.
• Experience in risk management, RCSA, DORA or large-scale banking transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive bank-wide rollout of an enterprise RCSA platform across Critical/Important Functions.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into an implementation roadmap with milestones, ownership and deliverables.
• Coordinate business divisions, risk management, product owners, configuration specialists and technology teams across Stockholm and Riga.
• Build on existing platform usage and expand across the wider organisation.
