Job summary

Nordea is seeking a project manager to join the Risk Models Data & Strategy team. You will coordinate data improvement projects and drive internal collaboration to support development and implementation of internal risk models across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial sector or similar, especially within the credit risk domain from a business perspective.
• Ambitious, self-driven and structured professional comfortable with presenting to large audiences.
• Analytical skills and ability to handle complex issues and problem solving.
• Proactive ability to interact with key stakeholders across the value chain.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, structure and drive data-related projects and coordinate cross-department strategy.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels and present plans, progress and results to Steering Committees and forums.
• Deliver high-quality work using subject matter experts and facilitation to remove obstacles.
• Act as first line of escalation and own stakeholder dialogues, logging and following up on outcomes.
• Identify, report and manage risks and interdependencies throughout the execution lifecycle.
