Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft studio in Malmö, Sweden, seeks a Production Director to lead production methodology, tracking, risk assessment and delivery for The Division 3. You will partner with project leadership on milestones and staffing, while mentoring producers and ensuring cross-site collaboration with external partners.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in project management and production leadership within game development.
• Proven track record of shipping AAA games at a senior production leadership level.
• Experience leading production across multiple teams or disciplines on large-scale projects.
• Experience with people management, mentoring and developing production talent.
• Strong understanding of milestone planning, scope, dependencies and risk management.
• Experience working in or supporting a data-driven production environment.
• Ability to use production data and KPIs to support decisions and assess delivery confidence.
• Experience working with co-development studios, outsourcing partners or distributed development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shape production setup, ways of working and standards to support delivery.
• Partner with project leadership on milestones, scope and planning.
• Ensure realistic plans with clear ownership and dependencies.
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks and delivery confidence using KPIs.
• Assist staffing, resources and budget decisions to optimize capacity.
• Lead, mentor and develop the production team and culture.
• Collaborate with co-development studios and external partners with clear goals and escalation paths.
• Identify friction and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned.
