Massive Entertainment, part of Ubisoft, is seeking a Senior Gameplay Animator in Malmö to join our AAA teams working on The Division 3 and future titles. You will shape how characters move, feel, and respond by bridging animation, technology, and gameplay.

In collaboration with Design, Code, Technical Animation and Technical Art, you will implement, refine and extend animation systems in Snowdrop, mentor teammates, and help push the quality of character experiences across the project.

Formación

• Professional gameplay animation experience with emphasis on gameplay systems.
• Experience shipping a AAA or AA title.
• Experience implementing animation in a game engine with state machines and blend trees.
• Experience creating animation for third-person action gameplay.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality gameplay animation using motion capture and keyframe techniques.
• Build, implement, and maintain gameplay animation systems in Snowdrop.
• Partner with Design, Code, Technical Animation, and Technical Art to deliver compelling gameplay experiences.
• Drive animation features from concept to polish.
• Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and workflows that push animation quality forward.
• Lead and direct motion capture shoots when needed.
• Mentor and support fellow animators through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
