Qualificações

• Extensive experience in project management and production leadership within game development.
• Proven track record of shipping AAA games at senior production leadership level.
• Experience with data-driven production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Shape production setup, ways of working and standards for the project.
• Partner with project leadership on milestones, scope and planning.
• Ensure realistic plans, ownership, critical paths and dependencies.
• Maintain visibility of progress, delivery confidence and risks using KPIs and data.
• Work with leadership on staffing, resources, budget and priorities.
• Lead and mentor producers to build a strong production culture.
• Collaborate effectively with co-development studios and external partners.
• Identify friction and drive continuous improvement across processes.
