Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installations and implementations on customer projects.

• Conduct technical assessments, testing, verification, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and post-implementation advice.
• Document designs, configurations, installations, and adaptations.
• Participate in workshops and customer meetings.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise.
• Create and improve content for knowledge base and documentation.
• Identify customer needs and feed improvement ideas to product owners.

Pointsharp helps large enterprises, government agencies, and other security-conscious organizations implement strong authentication and secure access using X.509 certificates, smart cards, and passkeys in Microsoft-based IT environments.

Our products have been developed over more than 20 years in close collaboration with organizations with exceptionally high requirements for security, availability, and usability.

We are now looking for a Senior Product Specialist who wants to work closely with our customers and play a key role in the installation, implementation, and continued development of our solutions.

About the role

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will become part of our experienced team of technical specialists. Your primary focus will be on technical installation and implementation projects for our customers.

You will work closely with our customers' IT and security teams, as well as Pointsharp product specialists, product owners, and sales teams. You will follow projects throughout their lifecycle — from technical planning and installation through verification, documentation, and handover to operations and support.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Microsoft enterprise environments who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction and knowledge sharing.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing installations and implementations as part of customer projects

• Configuring and integrating Pointsharp Net iD with customers' existing IT environment

• Working with solutions involving X.509 certificates, smart cards, strong authentication, and passkeys

• Conducting technical assessments, testing, verification, and troubleshooting

• Providing technical support and advice following implementation

• Documenting solution designs, configurations, installations, and customer-specific adaptations

• Participating in workshops and customer meetings

• Supporting the sales organization with technical expertise during pre-sales activities

• Creating and continuously improving content for our knowledge base, technical documentation, and FAQs

• Identifying customer needs and feeding ideas and improvement suggestions back to our product owners

• Contributing to the development of our working methods, installation processes, and technical recommendations

• Other related responsibilities may also be part of the role

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of experience working in Microsoft enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server

• A good understanding of networking, DNS, certificates, and authentication solutions

• Experience with PKI and X.509 certificates

• Experience with technical installations, integrations, or implementation projects

• The ability to systematically analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues

• The ability to document technical solutions clearly and in a structured manner

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
