Pointsharp is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to lead installation and implementation projects for customers, focusing on Microsoft enterprise environments and secure access solutions. You will collaborate with IT and security teams, product specialists, and sales to ensure successful deployments and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with PKI and X.509 certificates.
• Ability to install, integrate, and implement IT security solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installations and implementations for customer projects.
• Configure and integrate Pointsharp Net iD with customers' environments.
• Work with X.509 certificates, smart cards, and strong authentication.
• Provide technical support and advice post-implementation.
• Document designs, configurations, and customer adaptations.
• Participate in workshops and pre-sales activities.
• Contribute to knowledge base and technical documentation.
• Identify customer needs and feed back for product improvements.
