AddSecure is seeking a Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap for its Public Safety solutions. You will work closely with customers to translate operational challenges into clear product priorities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value.

You will drive lifecycle management from idea to launch in an Agile environment, ensuring successful adoption and growth across markets while balancing customer needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software/tech environments.
• Experience translating customer and market needs into product requirements and business value.
• Strong stakeholder management across customers, commercial teams and technical functions.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

AddSecure is strengthening its Public Safety portfolio, and we are now looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and success of our solutions for emergency response and public safety organisations.

AddSecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and critical communications solutions. Within our Public Safety business, we develop and deliver solutions that support emergency response organizations, rescue services, and public safety agencies when every second counts.

About the job

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of Public Safety solutions.

You will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and translate those needs into clear product priorities. At the same time, you will balance customer needs with business objectives, technical possibilities and long-term portfolio development.

This is a role that combines strategic product management with hands‑on collaboration across development, sales, operations and other key stakeholders.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy, modernisation, roadmaps and long-term portfolio development.

• Engage directly with rescue services and other public safety organisations to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for product development.

• Own the product lifecycle from idea, prioritisation and business case through development, launch and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment to create and prioritise requirements and deliver customer value.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Support to ensure successful product launches, adoption and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market developments, regulatory requirements and emerging technologies within public safety and critical communications.

• Identify opportunities for growth across customers, segments and markets.

• Support go‑to‑market activities and represent AddSecure in customer meetings, industry events and relevant public safety forums.

About you

We are looking for someone who combines strong product management capabilities with curiosity about customers, technology and business.

We believe you have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role within software, technology, communications or another technology-driven environment.

• Experience working closely with software development teams in an Agile product development environment.

• Experience translating customer and market needs into product requirements, priorities and business value.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across customers, commercial teams and technical functions.

• A commercial mindset and the ability to evaluate opportunities from both a customer and business perspective.

• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English.

Experience from public safety, emergency services, mission‑critical communications, public‑sector technology or critical infrastructure would be highly valuable.
