Orisha in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Vendre platform and drive its evolution, including AI integration and agentic commerce. You will work with Engineering, Design, Sales, CS, and Marketing to plan and execute a complex, strategic product roadmap and oversee migration from legacy systems.
Fluency in English and strong SaaS/B2B product leadership are essential, with a focus on commercial outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
Join Orisha's Product team and take full ownership of Vendre, our strategic e-commerce platform.
As Senior Product Manager, you will work in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Your role centres around two key dimensions: evolving the Vendre platform (notably through AI integration and agentic commerce) and driving the seamless migration of our clients to this future-proof solution.
Vision & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Vendre.
Market Analysis & Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, competitors, and market trends across B2B, B2C, and omnichannel commerce use cases.
AI Integration & Agentic Commerce: Define how AI and agentic commerce should be integrated into the Vendre experience, identifying and validating AI-enabled features, copilots, and autonomous commerce workflows.
Arbitration & Commercial Performance: Balance customer value, growth opportunities, platform modernisation, and technical debt to maximise adoption, retention, and commercial performance.
Migration Strategy: Define the product strategy for migrating customers from legacy platforms to Vendre.
Segmentation & Trajectories: Segment the installed base, establish clear migration waves and priorities, and build repeatable migration journeys alongside Engineering, Customer Success, Services, and Sales.
Functional Gap Resolution: Identify functional gaps blocking migration and prioritize the capabilities required to strengthen the standard platform without recreating legacy complexity.
Legacy Management & Performance Tracking: Decide which legacy capabilities should be rebuilt, redesigned, replaced, integrated, or retired, while tracking migration progress, customer adoption, transferred revenue, and churn risk.
