Job summary

Objektvision, Sweden's leading marketplace for commercial real estate, is rebuilding its platform with an AI-first approach. We seek a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience, design interactions, and own frontend work using Claude Code, collaborating with a PM and a full-stack engineer.

You will prototype AI features like listing quality scoring and matching, contribute to a shared design system, and work across markets with a small, close-knit team in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Hands-on with Claude Code (or similar) for prototyping and real frontend work.
• Pragmatic and quick to move; you know when something is good enough to ship.
• Fluent in English; working/conversational Swedish required (office life in Swedish).
• Nice to have: experience designing AI features, owning a design system, or marketplace/proptech background.

Senior Product Designer - AI-First to Objektvision

Kommun: Stockholm

Objektvision is rebuilding its platform from scratch and is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape it. If you'd rather ship real UI in Claude Code than polish screens in Figma, this could be your next step.

The role

You'll be part of the team building our new customer platform: the tool property owners, managers and brokers log into to list, manage and rent out their space. That covers the obvious parts, like making it effortless to publish a listing, and the less obvious ones: access levels, billing and invoicing, and the view our customer service team works in every day. You need to understand the system behind the screens, not just the screens.

The Product Manager prototypes ideas and tests them with customers. Once we decide to go for something, you take over: you design the interaction and UI and build the frontend yourself in Claude Code, so it's close to ready when the Full-stack Engineer picks it up. You'll design AI-powered features like listing quality scoring and matching together with our Data & AI Lead, and help build one shared design system for all markets.

You work daily with a Product Manager and a Full-stack Engineer, and you'll have another Product Designer in the company to exchange ideas and feedback with.

About you

• 5+ years in product design, with a portfolio of shipped products. A background in development before moving into design is a big plus
• Hands-on with Claude Code (or similar) for prototyping and real frontend work
• Pragmatic and quick to move; you know when something is good enough to ship, and you enjoy finding the best solution together with the team
• Fluent in English; working/conversational Swedish required (team language is English, but daily life at the office is in Swedish)
• Nice to have: experience designing AI features (chat, agents, recommendations), owning a design system, or a marketplace/proptech background

Objektvision is Sweden's leading marketplace for commercial real estate, part of Finland's Alma Media. They're rebuilding their entire platform from the ground up, going AI-first and shared across markets. Being a small company means they can actually change how they work, not just talk about it. You'll be based centrally in Stockholm, in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
