Job summary

Mentimeter in Stockholm seeks a Senior Product Designer to join the Acquisition team and evolve a modern web experience. You will bridge brand, product, UX, and growth to shape an agentic web that responds to intent and behavior.

You will work across design systems, content design, and Growth Marketing to improve journeys from discovery to registration and conversion while shipping distinctive on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• You are a strong web and product designer with excellent visual craft.
• You understand how content is structured and how users navigate information.
• You can apply CRO, SEO, and accessibility principles to design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer insight and data into hypotheses and run experiments.
• Design high‑quality web experiences that make complex ideas simple.
• Create reusable patterns and contribute to the web design system.
• Design for diverse audiences and personalize experiences over time.
• Collaborate with content and SEO to structure content for discovery.
• Apply CRO to landing pages, navigation, forms and journeys.
• Work with developers to ship ideas using AI and agentic workflows.
• Balance consistency with experimentation across the product surface.
