Job summary

Mentimeter seeks a Product Engineer to own the technical foundation behind web acquisition and the Growth Operating System. You’ll decide what’s worth building, ship it, measure results, and interpret what they mean.

You’ll work across Web Platform, Discoverability, and AI enablement, collaborating with Growth PM, Design, Marketing and Analytics to drive signups and improvements in performance. You’ll balance speed, quality, and scale while shipping meaningful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable web platforms for high traffic sites.
• Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks and performance optimization.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Operating System and web acquisition foundations.
• Define architecture for frontend components and deployment pipeline.
• Collaborate with PM, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to measure outcomes.
• Implement technical SEO, structured data, and AI-assisted content workflows.
