Capgemini AB is seeking a product-focused professional to lead discovery initiatives in Malmö. You will develop product strategies from scratch, tell compelling stories to secure buy-in from stakeholders, and collaborate across digital functions to implement agile, outcome-oriented ways of working.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making, with a preference for experience in retail and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Discovery, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience working in agile organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making.
• A relevant university degree or equivalent experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience from the retail industry is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery initiatives, including customer development, persona development, and qualitative and quantitative research.
• Create and drive successful product strategies from scratch, using storytelling to gain buy-in from key stakeholders across the domain.
• Collaborate with digital functions and apply product management best practices to build agile and outcome-oriented ways of working.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, statistical analysis, and data modelling principles to inform product decisions.
• Define, measure, and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and other relevant performance metrics.
