Job summary
Optimizely is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect within our Partnerships org to support sales and partner ecosystems, helping enterprise customers unlock value from Optimizely's MarTech and AI-powered digital experience solutions.
Working with Sales, Strategic Alliances and Technology Partners, you will provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, lead technical discovery, architecture design, and demonstrations, and enable partners to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales or solution architecture for enterprise SaaS/MarTech.
- Experience with technology partners, SI's or digital agencies.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech platforms (CMS, DXP, DAM, experimentation, marketing automation).
- Experience in complex enterprise sales cycles and partner-led opportunities.
- Ability to deliver technical demos and communicate business value.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies and modern web architectures.
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore, Salesforce, Contentful, Acquia or similar.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing solutions, composable architecture and headless CMS is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams and partners through pre-sales lifecycle, including partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with technology partners, system integrators and digital agencies.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Position Optimizely's CMS, experimentation, commerce and AI capabilities within enterprise MarTech environments.
- Design solution architectures and demonstrate integrations with existing technology stacks.
- Support partner enablement through technical training, workshops and knowledge sharing.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical evaluations and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with Sales, Alliances and Product teams to drive partner success and revenue growth.
