Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to support data centre projects across Sweden and Europe, providing expert health, safety and environmental guidance. You will work with project directors, site teams and clients to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with Swedish legislation and company procedures.

You will lead risk assessments, RAMS, incident investigations and safety training, while tracking KPI metrics and ensuring effective corrective actions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Health, Safety and Environmental roles within construction/MEP/building services.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish legislation and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
• Experience conducting investigations into incidents and near-misses.
• Ability to lead safety training, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Experience auditing contractor safety performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE support across project teams and sites.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support RAMS preparation and review across projects.
• Lead incident investigations and determine root causes.
• Monitor safety performance and prepare KPI reports and lessons learned.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
• Collaborate with Project Directors and client representatives to improve safety outcomes.
