Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Video Creative to lead paid video across Kraken Consumer campaigns. You will ideate, produce and ship multi-market assets, leveraging AI responsibly and maximizing impact on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more.

You will report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, and drive high craft through fast iterations, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous testing to deliver standout ads that perform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, fintech/crypto/gaming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns and always-on activity.
• Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform-native specs.
• Concept and cut performance video for cross-format asset sets.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video with repeatable workflows.
• Bring ideas to briefs and test-driven creative pivots from data.
• Localize and scale video across markets and formats.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for approvals.
• Maintain high craft and clean file organization.
