Job summary

You will lead incident coordination, production support, and stakeholder communications, mentoring cross-functional teams to operational maturity, while ensuring clear, proactive status updates to customers and executives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Operational Lead, or similar senior operational role.
• Hands-on understanding of DevOps environments, production support setups, and ITSM frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complex technical status into clear customer communications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong work authorization in Sweden or immediate start eligibility for August 2026 timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high-availability service delivery in a modern DevOps environment.
• Orchestrate incident management, production support, and rapid operational coordination.
