Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Order-to-Cash architect to shape a major ERP transformation in a global context. You will influence process design, target architecture, and cross-functional ways of working across O2C and O2D.

You will strengthen the business-architecture capability, ensure end-to-end consistency, and guide decisions toward efficiency, scalability, and best practices in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Order-to-Cash in complex ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Help shape Order-to-Cash in a major ERP transformation.
• Influence process design, architecture, and global ways of working.
• Strengthen the business architecture capability.
• Secure end-to-end consistency across O2C.
• Align with adjacent processes, and a target architecture.
• Support efficient and scalable operations in a complex global environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the program.
• Act as a key link between business goals, process design, and implementation decisions.
• Represent and safeguard the O2C and O2D processes.
• Guide design decisions to align with business objectives, target architecture, efficiency goals, scalability, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator.
• Facilitate change management activities and handle O2C-related change requests.
