Reqtest in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on full-stack developer who builds features end to end, from front end to back end, including generative AI features and integrations.
You will work with the CPO and CTO in a flat organisation, move AI-native workflows forward, and deliver high-quality code with automated tests in a continuous deployment setup.
The role emphasizes ownership, close customer collaboration, and delivering real impact in a small, ambitious Nordic SaaS team.
Reqtest is the leading Nordic SaaS platform for quality assurance in digitalisation projects. We're a small, focused team with high ambitions and strong commitment. Our 200 customers in Sweden and abroad include well-known brands such as Lantmännen, Scania and Philips Healthcare. We already have a product our customers love: 4.5 out of 5 on Capterra, and customers stay with us for 8 years on average. But we still see big opportunities to make it even better. Our vision is to help our customers succeed with their digitalisation by taking control, working in a structured way and collaborating successfully in their digitalisation projects.
Reqtest is part of the Nordtech Group, which acquires and develops successful tech companies. Reqtest is entering its most important phase yet: moving development in-house and rebuilding the product around AI.
As a full-stack developer at Reqtest, you build features end to end, from front end to back end. You build new functionality, including generative AI features and integrations, and improve what's already there, with a focus on quality and value for the customer.
You're part of the dev team, report to our CPO and collaborate closely with both the CPO and our CTO. We're a small company with a flat organisation, so you're close to everyone and see the impact of what you build.
You'll work agent-driven, where agents do much of the work and you direct, review and own the result. You follow your features all the way, from understanding the need, sometimes in meetings with customers, through technical decisions, implementation and testing, to release and follow-up. You'll also help us make the move to an AI-native way of working and shape what it looks like.
In short, you will be working with:
Nice to have
You're curious about more than the code – you want to understand the product and the customers who use it, and you're comfortable joining a customer meeting when it helps. You don't wait for a detailed spec: you take a problem, ask the right questions and find a solution. You thrive with a lot of responsibility and freedom.
You keep up with AI because you want to, not because you have to – you try new tools and models, share what works and like to prototype before deciding. You're not afraid to have an opinion, but you listen before you decide – and you're happy to let the best idea win.
We want to get to know you properly, and we hope you want to get to know us :)
