TokenTek is seeking a delivery-minded leader to coordinate AI-related projects and education programs. You will own client deliveries from strategy through production, acting as the company’s primary liaison with senior executives and operational teams, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.

You will plan scope and timelines, balance resources, and work with AI engineers to translate business goals into practical, technically sound solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology or transformation deliveries, preferably in consulting.
• Ability to turn unclear starting points into measurable production results.
• Experience owning senior client relationships and delivery commitments.
• Ability to challenge executives and create clarity when priorities conflict.
• Strong ability to discuss architecture, integrations, security and trade-offs with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own client deliveries from initial strategic discussions to a working production system.

• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure technically realistic solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Plan scope, staffing, timelines and manage dependencies across business, technology, security, data and operations.
• Create structure to keep complex deliveries moving without overload from reporting.
• Ensure clients' people are involved so knowledge and ownership remain after delivery.
• Help shape TokenTek's delivery model as the company grows.

At TokenTek we help organizations increase productivity and quality with AI Agents and Generative AI. We build advanced AI solutions, we coach senior developers, teach young graduates, and build AI strategies together with C-level executives at some of the largest companies in Sweden.

We are looking for a person to keep everything together. You are the one that ensures all our educational programs are in sync with the customer and our employees. You will keep our projects rolling and ensure our teams have what they need to do exceptional work. Additionally you will be the one planning and facilitating our knowledge sharing sessions - every week we meet up a full day in the office to share skills and lessons learnt that are useful for all our clients.

To put it short: You will be responsible for our AI deliveries, from teaching, to coaching, to planning, to strategies, and you will work closely together with some of the largest and most AI forward deployed organizations in Sweden and globally, helping them turn their ambition into real, lasting progress and measurable results.

Your daily job

• Own client deliveries from the first strategic discussion to a working system in production.
• Act as TokenTek's primary representative and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and operational teams.
• Challenge the client's initial request when the underlying business problem points somewhere else.
• Turn strategic objectives into clear workstreams, priorities, success metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with our AI engineers to ensure that solutions are technically realistic and create measurable value.
• Plan scope, staffing and timelines, and manage dependencies across business, technology, security, data and operations.
• Create enough structure to keep complex deliveries moving without burying the team in reporting and ceremony.
• Ensure that the client's people are involved throughout, so knowledge and ownership remain after the delivery.
• Help shape TokenTek's delivery model as the company grows.

What we need from you

• At least five years of experience leading complex technology or transformation deliveries, preferably in consulting.
• A track record of taking initiatives from an unclear starting point to measurable results in production.
• Experience owning senior client relationships, resource planning and delivery commitments.
• The confidence to challenge executive stakeholders and create clarity when priorities conflict.
• Strong technical understanding of software and data. You are not expected to write production code, but you must be able to discuss architecture, integrations, security, quality and technical trade-offs with experienced engineers.
• The ability to explain complex technology clearly to people without a technical background.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Based in or close to Göteborg and are comfortable working primarily from our office and at client sites.

Practicalities

Full-time. We work primarily together from the office and at client sites, with flexibility when you need it. Some travel within Sweden may be required depending on the assignment.
