Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing endpoint and workplace environments within medium to large Microsoft-based organisations.
• Fluent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to complete background screening and security checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the modern workplace environment, including Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Autopilot, application deployment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, permissions, and directory governance.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Deliver security updates, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and platform lifecycle management.
• Manage endpoint devices, mobile devices, printers, and workplace hardware.
• Participate in change management and service improvement initiatives within an ITIL-aligned environment.
• Assist with security investigations and incident response activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best-practice guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, automation, and user experience.
