Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to join a remote EU-based team. You will administer and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID within a secure governance framework, with emphasis on automation and scripting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in IT with 7+ years in IT systems administration, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365, plus relevant certifications, and fluent English. This is a full-time permanent role with remote work within the EU.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and Entra ID.
• Strong background in IT security, governance, and automation; PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Fluent English and experience collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Manage device configurations using Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Implement and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Provide training and documentation to IT staff and end users.
• Generate reports on adoption, compliance, security incidents, and usage.
