Job summary

Global-Taxation-Services-Nordic-Sweden-Ab is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Västra Götalands län, Skövde kommun to plan, manage and coordinate all engineering and commissioning activities within the business unit.

You will oversee design management, commissioning and project engineering processes, mentor regional engineering staff, support tender reviews, and promote secure, ISMS-compliant practices while reporting monthly progress.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the design management process is followed by the assigned role.
• Ensure the commissioning lead process is followed by the assigned role.
• On-going monitoring of the project engineering process and mentoring of project engineers.
• Structured mentoring of graduates in line with the plan agreed with Engineering Manager.
• Assist BUL in recruiting and appointing engineering staff to projects.
• Technical review of tenders and outsourcing management for large tenders.
• Attend tender interviews to promote technical capabilities.
• Highlight emerging technologies and advocate innovative regional ideas.
• Keep information secure and comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
