Job summary

Qualifications

• Design management experience in mechanical/electrical contracting projects.
• Strong coordination with contractors to integrate services.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.

Responsibilities

• Design management of mechanical systems on site.
• Coordinate work with contractors to integrate services.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.
• Communicate with project team to sequence pipework installation to meet schedules.
• Assess and manage the project commercially from estimation through handover and procurement.
• Assist with managing installation works to ensure high standards and timely commissioning.
• Assist with documenting and costing changes and preparing monthly valuations and final accounts.
