Job summary

Global-Taxation-Services-Nordic-Sweden-Ab seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer to plan, manage and coordinate all engineering and commissioning activities within the business unit. You will oversee the processes for design management, commissioning and project engineering, ensuring consistent application of approved procedures and standard forms.

The role also requires ongoing mentoring of regional engineering personnel to support their development and to ensure compliance with ISMS and security

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating mechanical engineering and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the design management process is followed either directly or through an appointed lead.
• Ensure the commissioning lead process is followed either directly or through an appointed lead.
• Mentor project engineers and graduates to support their ongoing development.
• Monitor and improve project engineering processes and reporting.
• Assist in recruiting engineering support for projects and participate in tender reviews.
