Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary MEP teams.
• Proven track record in mechanical systems delivery for Data Centre projects.
• Solid experience in complex construction works scheduling and programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers.
• Propose design changes for cost efficiency and quality enhancements.
• Monitor construction activities for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Apply commercial awareness to project decision-making.
• Liaise between Contracts Manager and site engineers for coordination.
• Ensure technical compliance of drawings and specifications.
• Manage project resource requirements and team support.
• Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
