We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Integrated Mission Systems team and drive the growth of our market share across Europe. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for high‑value, integrated solutions involving cameras, radars, and software—serving critical C‑UAS, Defense and Border Control missions.
As Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems, you will be a key contributor to Teledyne FLIR’s success in the European market. You’ll lead the pursuits of major programs and work closely with key customers—anticipating their needs, shaping requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. With your proven track record, you will capture business opportunities with focus on Border Surveillance and C‑UAS opportunities where there is strong demand, and other similar applications for security and defense. This role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, Service, and Compliance teams.
This position requires access to export‑controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce. Eligible to be certified to examine, possess, and transfer items under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and legally authorized to work in Canada.
