The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or MSc in an applicable field with over 8 years of experience in Li-ion and Li-S battery development and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure international environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in chemical engineering, electrochemistry, or related fields.
• More than 3 years experience in the automotive industry.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in Li-ion and Li-S battery development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term cell development project for Li-S batteries.
• Develop lithium-ion batteries for energy storage, electric vehicles, and other applications.
• Evaluate physical properties and performance of electrodes.
