Job summary

Spiideo is hiring a Legal Counsel in Malmö to support the commercial team on customer contracts and related legal matters. You will design and maintain templates, templates, and negotiation playbooks, and work with product and marketing across international markets.

You will report to the CFO and help establish new routines and processes within a dynamic, growing SaaS company. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as an associate at a reputable law firm or in-house counsel at a tech company.
• Strong drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with SaaS agreements is a plus.
• Ability to implement legal structures and processes across markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on customer contracts, including redlining and negotiations across international markets.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Develop and maintain robust terms and conditions and a contract management platform.
• Ensure customer contracts reflect latest product developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product releases and legal matters.
• Support privacy, IP and trademarks questions as needed.
