Job summary

Inriver is seeking an early-career paralegal to join our Malmö team. You’ll draft, review and improve customer, partner and vendor agreements, and help maintain our templates and clause library.

You’ll support RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, corporate governance, security and compliance work, and contract management. This role collaborates with HR, IT and Security in a hybrid, global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Paralegal studies or a similar field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal role.
• A strong foundation in, or experience with, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts such as NDAs, vendor and customer agreements.
• Business-level English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and improve customer, partner and vendor agreements, and help maintain templates and clause library.
• Support RFQ and RFP teams and negotiations with partners and suppliers.
• Help maintain corporate records, registers, and prepare board documents and filings.
• Assist with audits, certifications and customer security reviews, and ensure contractual commitments are reflected in practice.
• Own contract and template repository, track key dates and obligations; explore e-signature and AI tools.
• Be a first contact for HR, IT and Office Management on employment documents, supplier and license agreements.
