Job summary

Enea AB is seeking a commercially minded Group Legal Counsel to support global commercial operations, with emphasis on software, SaaS and technology-related agreements. You will partner with Sales, Product and senior management from a Stockholm-based role and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.

Qualifications

A law degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, including at least 2 years in-house at a technology company.
Significant experience independently drafting, negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead the drafting, review, negotiation and execution of complex technology agreements.
Act as a trusted legal advisor to Sales, Product, Management and other business stakeholders, balancing legal risk and commercial objectives.
Provide legal support across a broad range of commercial, regulatory, compliance and corporate matters.
Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments relevant to Enea's business.
