Job summary

Sperton is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Fund Trading Platform team in Stockholm, delivering a modern, scalable solution for mutual fund order processing across the Nordic market.

You will build microservices with Java 21 and Spring Boot, create REST APIs and Kafka event flows, work with Microsoft SQL, and implement robust testing through JUnit and Cucumber, all within a collaborative DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing microservices with Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Kafka-based event streaming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL and data integrity.
• Experience with unit/integration tests using JUnit and Cucumber.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
