Job summary

Justera Group is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong test automation skills to join a development team building a modern financial trading platform for Nordic markets.

You will develop and rebuild solutions for processing external mutual fund orders, combining hands-on software development with automated testing to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle. Technologies include Java 21, Spring Boot, microservices, MS SQL, REST APIs, Kafka and React.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed backend systems.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience writing unit, integration and acceptance tests using JUnit and Cucumber.
• Proven ability to design maintainable automated tests alongside production code.
• Experience with API testing tools such as REST Assured or similar.
• Experience testing asynchronous flows and validating data across services, messages and databases.
• UI test automation experience with Playwright, Selenium or similar.
• Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, integrating tests into delivery pipelines.
• Experience developing or improving reusable test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI specifications.
• Ability to design and execute structured manual and exploratory tests.

About the Role:

We are looking for Senior Fullstack Developers with strong test automation skills to join a development team working on a modern financial trading platform.

You will play a key role in developing and rebuilding solutions for processing external mutual fund orders across multiple Nordic markets. The role combines hands-on software development with a strong focus on automated testing and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

You will work with modern technologies including Java 21, Spring Boot, microservices, Microsoft SQL, REST APIs, Kafka and React.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services, integrations and frontend functionality.
