Who are you:

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience developing and maintaining production‑grade systems using Java/J2EE, with deep expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot) and Hibernate/JPA
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services, including proper API design, versioning, and documentation
• Solid hands‑on experience with cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure), including deploying, operating, and scaling backend services in cloud environments
• Practical experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or similar, including schema design and performance optimization
• Good understanding of cloud‑native architectures and distributed systems, with hands‑on experience using Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with event‑driven and data‑processing technologies such as Kafka and/or Spark is a strong plus
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and modern build tools, ensuring high code quality and maintainability
• Ability to work effectively with unclear or evolving requirements, estimate development effort, and contribute to realistic delivery plans
• Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence navigating complex systems and technical challenges
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and build strong relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Adaptable mindset and comfort working in fast‑changing, dynamic environments
• Fluent in English and Swedish
