Insight Enterprises in EMEA is seeking an Account Technology Specialist to translate technology priorities into actionable roadmaps and business value. You will lead selected engagements, partner with Solution Architects, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Broad cross-domain technology knowledge with ability to relate priorities to outcomes.
Experience in technology advisory, solution sales, architecture or related customer-facing tech role.
Experience leading customer engagements and influencing senior IT stakeholders.
Ability to develop credible value propositions and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead advisory engagements translating customer priorities into actionable recommendations and roadmaps.
Act as trusted adviser to senior IT stakeholders to influence technology direction.
Own and maintain the technical account plan for assigned accounts.
Coordinate teams across sales, architecture, delivery, and customer success to advance outcomes.
Identify expansion, renewal, adoption opportunities aligned to the plan.
Prepare discovery sessions and roadmap discussions.
