Job summary

Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead an IT Delivery & Migration workstream within a larger HR transformation program. You will drive planning to execution, ensuring migration, testing, integration, and go-live readiness while coordinating multiple initiatives and governance.

You will work with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global functions, maintaining traceability and project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

About The Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take a leading role within an IT Delivery & Migration workstream as part of a larger HR transformation program at our client.

The assignment focuses on driving the workstream from planning into execution, ensuring successful implementation, migration, testing, integration and go-live readiness. You will lead and coordinate activities across multiple parallel initiatives and ensure delivery stays aligned with project plans, governance and established ways of working.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, global functions, vendors and other project streams. You are responsible for creating structure, transparency and momentum while managing integrations, testing, data migration and system implementations. The role also includes coordinating cutover, go-live and transition to support, along with managing risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.

You will ensure traceability between requirements, testing and delivery, and maintain relevant project documentation and reporting.

The assignment also includes broader Business Analyst responsibilities, such as investigations and assessments, requirements analysis, business process analysis, and strategic and operational improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT delivery and program coordination
• Solid experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Experience coordinating integrations and managing integration dependencies
• Strong test management experience, including SIT, UAT and integration testing
• Experience with data migration and data quality
• Experience planning and coordinating cutover and go-live activities
• Strong risk and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead or System Analyst
• Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Preferred Experience

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro or similar HR platforms
• Experience from HR or ERP transformation programs
• Experience with payroll systems and payroll parallel testing
• Experience with cutover and go-live management
• Experience with supplier and vendor management
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum or ISTQB
