• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (4 days on site)

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to 65,000 SEK per month + package (excluding pension)

Start Date: Immediate

Travel: Occasional international travel (approximately 3 times per quarter) to key European hubs including Paris.

One of our clients are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Business Analyst to join their growing technology and product organisation.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, product management and engineering, helping to shape and improve the systems that support core business processes. You will work closely with Group Product teams, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for standardisation and translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting one of the businesses core ERP and operational platforms, helping to drive consistency and scalability across a large network of laundries and service operations. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to understand business processes and operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories and functional requirements.
• Support the ongoing evolution and standardisation of core ERP and operational systems.
• Analyse differences in business processes across multiple regions and operational sites, identifying opportunities for harmonisation and improvement.
• Act as a key liaison between product teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are accurately represented.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes and systems.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with international stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery teams by refining requirements, managing backlogs and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Contribute to product strategy discussions by providing business insights and operational perspectives.
• Promote the effective use of AI and emerging technologies to improve both personal productivity and organisational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements.
• Understanding of ERP systems and large-scale operational platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of modern software development practices and engineering delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, industrial services or operationally intensive businesses.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or standardisation programmes.
• Exposure to international or multi-country business environments.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve business analysis, documentation and operational efficiency.
