Job summary

Tele2 Austria is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead oversight of risk management and governance across the organization. This role includes managing audits, developing risk-based plans, and advising on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit work across Tele2 Group including subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan.
• Oversee financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits.
• Report audit findings and recommendations to management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on risk, control, and governance.
• Lead investigations into suspected fraud or misconduct.
• Responsible for annual strategic risk review.
